Keller’s Hamburgers in Dallas

Been eating here for years. Love the burgers, and rings BUT the shake machine has been BROKEN for weeks. And yesterday they were OUT of COKE!!! We spoke to the distraught manager who said she's been pleading with the boss to get it fixed. I believe her. Management is leaving her to take the guff from disgruntled customers like me. Burgers were still delicious.

Want a $3 gourmet burger with $2 beer!? This place is great! My parents used you eat @ Kellers before i was born! Only thing that's changed is the prices. I think Dad said the burgers used to be $1 and the beer was $0.50! HaHa! He also says gasoline used to be under a dollar/gal. And he made a couple hundred a week. This place makes you reminisce for sure! Just being inside gives off an old timey vibe. Burgers are unique and delicious! Most of all..... FRESH!

The best cheeseburger and tater tots ever!

I've always love eating at Keller's until recently. Husband and I went through the drive-thru on Monday night. The good thing is the line seemed to move pretty quick, as we were probably 4th in line. The young man taking the order seemed very impatient. We couldn't complete our order without his asking "is that it" multiple times. We drove up to the window paid and waited for our order, he was on his cell phone.Fast forward to Tuesday morning at work, I started to feel very ill. By the time I left work and made it home, I was shivering, nauseated, head hurt, etc. Apparently my food either wasn't cooked enough or there was some contamination going on. Finally the food came back up and out and I'm feeling the after affects of what I think was food poisoning. I'm pretty sure I won't be eating there again!

This burger place is old and dated but the food is awesome. They have cold beer! Food is cooked to order so be prepared to wait a few extra minutes.

Best food, it always taste freshly made.

I am sad. Keller's has always been a great value with good food. However, this past time, the meat did not even taste like or look like beef. I had the #1 & it was extremely skimpy on the lettuce and hardly had any of their special sauce. They also got my order wrong on the steak sandwich. Hopefully this was just a fluke and not a glimpse as to what the future will be for Keller's and its customers.

The Works hasn't changed in 30 years! Ask for the grilled onions and jalapeño ketchup for the tater tots! One or the best burgers in Dallas!

Very slow and they gave us cold food after waiting 15min in line. Oh and about 4 onion rings, not too generous.

The food is really good! Fresh made and good quality ingredients. One of the better burger joints in the area. But the customer service just kills the whole experience. They are really rude when taking your order, rush you to order, don't really offer anything etc...I get that some places are so good, that the service is straight forward and no frills. But this is just straight up rude and unwelcoming. They know people love their food, but that doesn't justify treating your customers like they are not wanted there. That's just foolish!

Always great! BLT is my favorite has not changed since I was a kid.

Their burgers are old fashion classic american burgers. Serve with sides of your choice I recommend the onion rings. Their hot dogs are good it is a top place to go eat. Highly recommend it.

Affordable place for a bite to eat and a step above the average well known fast food chains.

It was freaking AMAZING! Perfect amount of grease on the burgers and SO MUCH FLAVOR!

So for the price, you can't beat it. The food tastes pretty good. It isn't going to beat a gourmet burger from Rodeo Goat or the like, but in the fast food realm, this is certainly the best. I wish there was one closer to my home, and that they had chili cheese fries on their menu.

I really don’t like giving bad reviews but it seems every time I come here my burger is cold. Today I got home without the drink I paid for. I went back to get it and there was no apology and was treated like it was a inconvenience for them. Final straw for me. Hope you have better luck than me

I grew up in White Rock so this feels like home. There is almost no Styrofoam here. Everything is wrapped in paper. Burgers are dalish and the fries are the best. We ordered two burgers, fries, 2 drinks, 2 pies and it was way cheaper than Wendys and 1000 times better!!!

Its Keller's... Of course its Good! Same phenomenal Chile-cheeseburger, onion rings, & chocolate shake (Budweiser if adult) as it's been for as long as I can remember. Poppy seeds and all. Great prices, less than the major chains, and higher quality imo. They're quick, too. Definitely my go-to on burger night.

It was okay when we placed our order but when we received it my husband's burger was made wrong. He went back to let them know it was wrong, but the lady said I had his burger and he told her " no" she went on to say yes and came to verify, I told her I received my burger just like I ordered it. Anywho after seeing that they made a mistake she said okay hold on and I'll get them to make it right. Crazy that she thought he was lying, he just wanted what he paid. Before that never had an issue with our orders.

I grew up eating at the old Keller's. I visited this location with my family today and had the worse food I have ever had from Keller's. I don't know if it's just this location or if all Keller's have gone down hill but I damn sure won't be going back to this one again !!!

Probably the best and cheapest made to order burgers in town. Especially because this isn’t the drive up location where you have waitress attend you. But 2 minus star for recent experience that lacked customer service and rude service. I get it with the NOW HIRING signs everywhere and y’all are short staffed with the long drive thru lines. Don’t take IT out with me like that when I’m just specifying something I don’t want on a burger. Car line looked long, so I had to pass on waiting. Probably a heads up with currently pandemic going on.

real old fashion and real good burgers for a reasonable price. Service is always quick. Favorite is "The Works" a double meat and cheese with beacon lettuces tomato and onion. Nice thick tomato slice from the pretty large tomatoes displayed on the counter. Thick slice of fresh crisp onion (not all chopped up and "aged" like most other places). Only complaint is that the lettuces is all chopped up so you don't know if it is fresh or was swept up off the floor last night.My other favorite is the no. 11 Steak Sandwich which when fresh and hot is very tasty.This place is a must visit on each of my frequent visits to Dallas.

This place is a blast from the past! Great burgers, tater tots and onion rings! Prices are great. It's not fancy at all but a must try.

We love Keller's. We wish it was closer to us. Better than almost every chain out there. Also, theborices are very reasonable.for the quality you get. We go whenever we get the chance.

The service was absolutely awful. Drink machines have mold all over them, the drive thru girl was on her phone the whole time, we walked in and someone was sitting on the counter, multiple employees seen us walk in and we had to wait for them to finish a personal conversation for them to take our order. This place needs more people to care about service and cleanliness. The only thing decent about this place is the food.

The meals and service were ahead of my expectations. I truly liked the atmosphere of this spot. Superb restaurant to take my family out for lunch.

I have written very few reviews in my life, mostly (similar to the majority) because of a terrible or excellent experience. Today I write a review for justice... If you reviewed Keller’s because your “Veggie Burger” wasn’t up to snuff, you’re the problem. If you reviewed Keller’s because you’re “milkshake wasn’t thick enough”, you’re the problem. Keller’s live for one reason and one reason only. Good, old fashion, drive thru burgers; period. If you want a burger that cures a hangover, or broken heart, or crummy day... ‘look no further friend, you found ‘em.’ This is THE fast food burger in Dallas. Do (Did 😢) you like Huts in Austin on 6th street?? This is the place that inspired them, I know, personally. So... you want a 1950’s “whats cholesterol” burger. Here she is.

Love this place! Never in 4 years did we have any issues. Drive in takes a bit, but you are waiting for fresh food.. so don't complain!!

Great food and quick friendly service. I recommend the #14 or #1. The corndogs are also very large and tasty. If you like country fried steak then try the steak burger. Keller's cheese tots are far better than Sonic.
